Isabella, born in NYC, began dancing at the age of 3 at Joffrey Ballet's Creative Movement classes. She started her ballet training at the age of 7 after auditioning for the School of American Ballet. It is there that she got a taste for performing with New York City Ballet's productions of George Balanchine's - The Nutcracker, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Harlequinade, Coppelia, and her favourite, Sleeping Beauty where she was featured as Little Red Riding Hood. From there, Isabella yearned for more classical training. She trained at Gelsey Kirkland Academy of Classical Ballet under the tutelage of Liudmila Polonskaya. Isabella has been a student at SLK Ballet under the guidance of Sara Knight since September 2018. In the past year, she has performed with Chevalier Ballet doing "Ballet Meets the Beatles" performances and "A Dancers Christmas". She has spent her summers dancing at NBS, Ellison Ballet, Nutmeg Ballet, Kaatsbaan Extreme Summer Intensive, and École Superieure de Ballet du Quebec. Last winter, she participated in an exchange with the Central School of Ballet in London. Isabella has found it extremely fulfilling to perform for the kids at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of New York. As a student of SLK, Isabella is appreciative to be able to dance with the full-time Chevalier Ballet dancers.
