Azemia Lashley is a dancer and choreographer originally from Ithaca, New York. 

She began her training at the Ballet Center of Ithaca at age 9; and went on to join the Ithaca Ballet Company at age 12. As a dancer for the Ithaca Ballet Azemia performed a variety of corps de ballet and soloist roles - including roles choreographed for her by Tucker Davis, and Maria Valencia-Alverez. In recent years Azemia began choreographing for the company and teaching the next generation of dancers at the Ballet Center of Ithaca. Her summer training includes time at Kaatsbaan Cultural Park and Princeton Ballet School. Azemia is now a trainee with Chevalier Ballet in New York City.
