Regan started dancing at the age of two in her hometown of Ruidoso, New Mexico. She studied under the direction of Deborah Rogers until she was 14. Then Philip Neal, retired principal dancer of NYCB, invited her to train at Next Generation Ballet in Tampa, Florida. During her two years there, she had the opportunity of performing Dew Drop, among other roles, at the 2600 seat theater, Morsani Hall. Regan decided to continue her training at Master Ballet Academy in Phoenix, Arizona, under the direction of Slawomir and Irena Wozniak. With their tutelage, Regan received various awards from many dance competitions. She trained there for three years earning a Graduation Certificate from MBA. Regan then went on to dance with Ballet West’s (SLC, UT) professional training division, where she was promoted to Trainee of the company her second year. She had the opportunity to learn from world renowned dancers such as Jeff Rogers, Evelyn Cisneros, and Catherine Batcheller. During these years of training, Regan has also been fortunate enough to attend Summer Intensives. She has attended ABT NYC, Joffrey NYC, Oklahoma City Ballet, and Carolina Ballet. She is delighted to be working with Sara at Chevalier Ballet this season, and excited to be living in NYC!
